How every job runs

A result is only as good as the sample behind it. Each sample has a signed record from the moment it's collected until the lab receives it.

  1. You send the requirement

    Your sample schedule, permit, or plan. We confirm the tests, sample points, dates, and price in writing before anything is collected.

  2. We collect on site

    The right sample point, the right bottle and preservative, and field readings for chlorine, pH, and temperature where required.

    Chain of custody starts

  3. Sealed and kept cold

    Samples ride in a dual-zone, climate-controlled cooler. They are never left unattended.

  4. Delivered within hold time

    Hand-delivered to Adirondack Environmental Services in Albany, a NYS ELAP-accredited laboratory.

    Signed over to the lab

  5. Results from the lab

    The lab sends its report directly to you, along with the signed chain of custody.

Who is behind StewCrew

I'm Timothy Stewart, owner of StewCrew Ventures.

I served in the U.S. Air Force Security Forces from 2015 to 2022, including work as an investigator, where handling evidence and its chain of custody was the job. After the Air Force, I welded flight hardware for rockets, where every step is documented. Your water samples get the same care.
